Morgan Willis has spent nearly 15 years supporting children’s oral health and well-being across Spartanburg and Cherokee counties. As Program Director at Healthy Smiles of Spartanburg, she leads community dental screening initiatives in partnership with local school districts and works closely with school nurses to ensure children receive essential care. Morgan’s connection to Healthy Smiles began while she was a student at Spartanburg Community College’s Expanded Duty Dental program, where her volunteer work turned into a long-term career of service. Rooted in the small town of Pauline, she lives with her husband and two daughters. Morgan’s commitment to family, community, and service remains at the heart of all she does.
